The financial security advisor plays an essential role in terms of supporting clients and helping protect them and their loved ones against unexpected events. Through an attentive approach with an emphasis on fostering long-term relationships with your clients, you will propose appropriate life, disability, critical illness and other insurance coverage strategies aligned to their needs. With your dynamic, independent, “can-do” attitude, you will help meet business development goals through client prospecting and identification and development of business opportunities.

REQUIREMENTS

Candidates will preferably have a bachelor’s degree in business administration or have completed two (2) years of college-level study in a business program, including the Life License Qualification Program (LLQP), or equivalent work experience. They should also hold, or be currently working toward, a life and accident & sickness agent licence. Fluency in both official languages is required.

WORKING CONDITIONS

All applicants must be legally entitled to work in New Brunswick on the expected date of hire. UNI offers one of the most competitive compensation and benefits packages in Atlantic Canada, as well as a group insurance plan and a pension plan.
