Vélo Restigouche Cycling is a non-profit volunteer-run organization committed to developing the economy and tourism in Restigouche, improving quality of life for residents and preventing physical and mental health problems. The new bike path project aims to revitalize a section of an abandoned pedestrian path that crosses the municipality, so that it can be used for biking as well as walking, jogging, strollers, in-line skating, adapted vehicles and more. The 5 km paved path will link the Campbellton municipal campground to Sugarloaf Provincial Park in Atholville.
