As a charitable organization, the YMCA provides vital community services that have a positive impact on some of Canada’s most pressing social problems—from chronic illness to unemployment, social isolation, poverty, inequality and more. Since 1870, the YMCA of Greater Moncton has been dedicated to building healthy communities, and phenomenal growth for more than a decade has led to increased demand for a wide range of programs and services. It was therefore necessary to build a new 35,000-square-foot YMCA, which will be open to people of all ages, backgrounds and abilities, at all stages of life.

UNI’s contribution as a key sponsor provided the assistance the YMCA needed to pursue its mission of supporting community health today and into the future.
