For some your AccèsD account transactions or modifications, we verify your identity using a security code. This process adds an additional level of security to your account when we ask you for your single-use 6-digit code.

You can choose to receive the code by e-mail, text message or voice message.

When you receive your code, you have 10 minutes to make your transactions or modifications. If you don't enter the code, you won't be able to make any changes. Do not share your code with anyone.

Note that the message will not include a link directing you to the AccèsD logon page.

An error message will let you know if you exceed your time limit. If you do, you can ask for a new code.

Once you receive your code, you have 10 minutes to enter it.

If you don't enter the code, you won't be able to complete your transactions or modifications.

  • Check your spam folder (junk mail).
  • Make sure you chose the right e-mail address.

Check the e-mail address or phone number where you chose to receive your code. If the information there is correct, and you haven't received one, call us at 1-877-722-2343 or contact you're your business location.

The information in your AccèsD profile is what we have on file for you. If it's incorrect, call us at 1-877-722-2343 or contact your business location.

An error message will be displayed. You can then request a new code.

2-step verification

  • Log in to AccèsD.
  • Go to Profile and preferences.
  • Click 2-step verification.
  • Use the toggle button to turn it off.
    • The status will change from On to Off.
    • You'll receive a confirmation message.
  • When you log in to AccèsD after enabling 2-step verification, select whether you want to receive your single-use security codes via text or push notification.
  • A security code will then be sent to you by text or push notification according to your preference.
  • Enter the code you receive.
  • Once the code is confirmed, enter your password and you'll be logged in to AccèsD.
  • Make sure that you have cellular service.
  • Try again using the Request a new code option.
  • Make sure that you're connected to the internet through a Wi-Fi connection or your phone company?s 3G/4G or LTE network.
  • Make sure that you've enabled notifications on your smartphone.
