More than $125,000 in scholarships
Proud to support our youth, it’s more than $125,000 will be given away in scholarships by the Caisses populaires acadiennes and their Fondation in 2015 to support our youth and the next generations as they undertake their postsecondary education.
The Fondation des caisses populaires acadiennes has been offering students the chance to win a scholarship for their postsecondary education. Each year, the Fondation pays $50,000 in scholarships, divided into 50 scholarships of $1,000. The contest will end on March 31, 2015 and the draw will take place in April. The scholarships will be paid during Co-op Week, in October 2015.

Since 1983, the Fondation des caisses populaires acadiennes committed to support New Brunswick’s education sector, through scholarships or educational projects.
Over the years, it has paid out scholarships to over 2,450 students, thanks to a scholarship fund of over 1.7 million dollars, funded by the various components of the Mouvement des caisses populaires acadiennes.
The Fondation also supports the Lire, découvrir et grandir literacy program, which aims to help children from preschool up to second grade to attain an acceptable literacy level by the end of their second year of schooling.
