UNI confirms that it has reached an amicable resolution of litigation with its former President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Moreau, FCPA, who left UNI in 2023.
A resolution was achieved without any admission of liability or wrongdoing by either party. Mr. Moreau has agreed to withdraw all pending claims and proceedings.
UNI recognizes the importance of closing this chapter in a manner that allows all parties to move forward constructively. The terms of the agreement are confidential, and no further comment will be made.
