UNI FINANCIAL COOPERATION ANNOUNCES ITS PRESIDENT AND CHIEF EXECUTIVE OFFICER DEPARTURE

Caraquet, August 15, 2023 – The Board of Directors of UNI Financial Cooperation announces, today, the immediate departure of Robert Moreau as President and Chief Executive Officer.

A new President and Chief Executive Officer has been appointed.

A press briefing will be held tomorrow, August 16, at 1:30 p.m. at UNI's head office in Caraquet to provide further details.
