UNI Financial Cooperation received the 2023 ATLANTIC CANADA'S BEST PLACES TO WORK award
One of the best places to work in Atlantic Canada in 2023 is at UNI! Our financial cooperative has received the prestigious 2023 Atlantic Canada’s Best Places to Work award. This award, presented by Atlantic Business Magazine, recognizes Atlantic Canadian employers who have the best practices as rated by their own employees.
The selection process resulted in UNI’s first-ever distinction from a list of 197 companies in Atlantic Canada. “This award is proof that it is possible to succeed at home,” says President and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Moreau. “The exceptional commitment of our employees who bring our engagement values to life, provides us with great opportunities, allowing us to show our members and clients just how flexible, accessible and committed we are to providing services that meet their needs.”
An enhanced group health plan, better access to mental health resources and guaranteed pay equity are just a few of the practices implemented at UNI. Talent development is also central to the success of our financial cooperative.
