UNI Financial Cooperation receives 2024 ATLANTIC CANADA'S BEST PLACES TO WORK award
Caraquet, January 4, 2024 —— UNI has once again won the prestigious Atlantic Canada's Best Places to Work award, for the second year running. Awarded by Atlantic Business Magazine, this prize recognizes best-practice employers in the Atlantic region.
The selection process enabled our cooperative movement to stand out from 179 businesses in Atlantic Canada. “The work achieved, the extraordinary efforts deployed and the commitment of our employees over the past year are proof of our winning talent management practices.” said the President and Chief Executive Officer, Camille H. Thériault. “They are our anchor and continually demonstrate to our members and clients that UNI is here to stay, and we must do everything in our power to develop and support winning practices that promote the retaining of talent here in New Brunswick.”
Corporate culture, work-life balance, diversity, equity and inclusion are just some of the practices in place at UNI. Professional development and opportunities for advancement are also central to the success of our cooperative movement.
