UNI makes back-to-school easier for postsecondary students

Caraquet, August 23, 2024 – The financial security of UNI members and clients remains a priority for the organization. To that end, UNI Financial Cooperation is offering peace of mind with the launch of its first-ever postsecondary education campaign.

“During this campaign, new members will receive $200 in cash when they open a student line of credit,” explains Camille H. Thériault, President and Chief Executive Officer of UNI. “We will also have UNI representatives on the province's French university and college campuses during the back-to-school period, to help them get started.”

At the last Annual General Meeting, UNI CEO Camille H. Thériault, confirmed his awareness that youth represent a dynamic and promising source for the future. This campaign represents a step in the direction UNI wishes to take to better serve its youth clientele.

Students wishing to obtain a line of credit can complete the application form available at https://info.uni.ca/en/studies.

The post-secondary campaign will run from August 22 to October 31, 2024. Students must be enrolled in a Canadian postsecondary institution to be eligible.
