UNI proudly welcomed emerging international leaders

Caraquet, June 13, 2023 - UNI was very proud to welcome twenty or so emerging international leaders to share its journey and treat them to an unforgettable experience. This group of leaders from all over the world form the tour group, Duke of Edinburgh’s Commonwealth Study Conference.

From June 6 to 15, each study group travels to a different part of Canada, across all 13 provinces and territories. As they explore our country, the study groups get exposed to a wide range of teams, individuals and situations that will stimulate their learning. The dynamics and diversity of each group are central to the experience.

“Welcoming emerging international leaders of this calibre here was a perfect opportunity to introduce them to our Acadian financial institution in New Brunswick,” said UNI president and Chief Executive Officer, Robert Moreau. “The elite group that came to our headquarters got to learn all about our cooperative’s history and development over the years. This high-profile meeting in our region will highlight UNI’s remarkable journey and its deep roots in the communities of New Brunswick.”
