1. MY PROFILE ONLINE │ NO NEED ANYMORE TO ADD CELL PHONE NUMBER OR E-MAIL ADDRESS

 You can now create your account on My Profile WITHOUT having to add your cell phone number or e-mail address.

 2. DEPOSIT AND PAYROLL DELAYS - EXCEPTIONS

For members affected by payroll deferral, are invited to contact the Contact client Centre at 1-888-359-1357 or visit their nearest branch so we can resolve the situation.

3. ATM BILL PAYMENT UNAVAILABLE

ATM bill payment will be available shortly. We are making all the effort to make this feature available to our members and clients as soon as possible.

Please note that bill payment is available from My Profile online.

4. MY PROFILE ONLINE │ REVERSE INSERTION OF INFORMATION WHEN MEMBER REGISTERS FOR INTERAC TRANSFER

Register for Interac e-Transfer before making your first transaction. When you register, enter YOUR email address and YOUR cell phone number. Then you can make Interac e-Transfer as usual.

5. DATA SECURITY │ MISINFORMATION ON SOCIAL NETWORKS

We advise our customers to be vigilant about misinformation that is often fuelled by social media.

Data confidentiality is a priority at UNI. The system is secure and validated daily by internal and external experts to protect member and information.
