1. DEPOSIT AND PAYROLL DELAYS - EXCEPTIONS

For members affected by payroll deferral. We are making every effort to resolve this situation as soon as possible.

If your situation is not resolved, please contact our Client Contact Centre at 1-888-359-1357 or visit a branch.

2. ATM BILL PAYMENT UNAVAILABLE

ATM bill payment will be available shortly. We are making all the effort to make this feature available to our members and clients as soon as possible.

Please note that bill payment is available from My Profile online.

3. SPECIFIC ACCOUNTS FOR AGE 0 TO 25 YEARS

Some members 25 and under are unable to make transactions with their account. We are making every effort to resolve this situation as soon as possible.
