Caraquet, July 13, 2023 - We are currently in the midst of a transition that requires adjustments. We want you to know that we are doing everything we can to ensure that all our services run as smoothly as possible for all our members and customers. We recognize that not everyone has had the same experience with the activation of the debit card and online service, as many have experienced a smooth transition to the new financial and transactional tools.

Updates:

  • My Profile online is fully functional
  • Account deposits are gradually settled on a daily basis
  • Mobile applications now available for download
  • Call center team resources increased
