Paper copies of your statements and other documents will be mailed to you as soon as the labour disruption is over.
If you need to get documents to us, please go to your caisse to deliver them in person. We'll make sure everything gets to the right person via internal mail.

How can I get personalized cheques if I need them?
You can always download void cheques from AccèsD.
You can order personalized cheques on AccèsD. You have 2 options:
- 50 to 100 cheques: You can always place your regular cheque order (50 or 100 cheques) on AccèsD or by calling us. These orders will be placed on hold until the labour disruption is over.
How can I replace my debit card?
My credit card or prepaid card will expire in July 2016. Will I get a new one?
Cards are valid until the last day of the month in the expiry date. All cards expiring in June or July have already been sent out.
If I don't receive my account statement, do I still have to pay the monthly amount due on my Visa or MasterCard?
Yes, you're responsible for making regular payments on your credit card even if there's a labour disruption at Canada Post.
